In the event of a malfunction, defect, or failure of your items to function properly, the items will be repaired, or if not repairable, replaced at no cost to you, even the shipping cost to send the items is covered, both ways.
The 2 Year Extened Warranty for XBOX 360 expires two years from the date that you receive your purchase. The extended warranty applies to the XBOX 360 and any controllers and accessories that are purchased in the bundle or separately as part of the same transaction.
